With over 4,500 staff employed across UK operations they take health & safety very seriously indeed. While standards are already high the company constantly strives for an accident-free work environment.

Simply publishing the rules is not enough. We needed people to ‘Think Dangerously’, to fully understand the consequences of malpractice. By uncovering real life stories and using employees to champion the campaign, the messages became real – as a result employees could completely engage with the communications.
